Issue
Each time you attempt to run a Custom Tool, you receive the following error and the Job Detail page is never displayed:
There was an error while attempting to process this job.
Reason
If all users are getting the same error, the job engine is most likely in a bad state and needs to be reset.
Resolution
Recycle the SystemFrontier IIS application pool on each web server. If the problem persists for new connections, an IISReset will be needed.
